Barry M. Slifstein was elected vice president - investor relations and planning in April 2012. He oversees RPM's investor relations function and serves as the primary financial representative in the company's planning process with its operating units. He joined RPM as vice president and controller in July 2008. Previously, Mr. Slifstein was vice president of finance, chief financial officer and treasurer of RPM's DAP Products Inc. operating group, where he was employed for nearly 10 years. Before joining DAP, he was finance director of Alpharma USPD Inc. and controller for Luitpold Pharmaceuticals Inc. His prior positions include serving as controller and director of SEC reporting for CPI Aerostructures Inc. and Circa Pharmaceuticals Inc. Mr. Slifstein received a bachelor's degree from State University of New York at Albany and a master's of business administration degree in accounting from the Bernard M. Baruch College of the City University of New York.
