Matthew T. Ratajczak was elected vice president of global tax and treasurer in April 2012. In this position, he provides centralized management for RPM's global tax and treasury functions. This now includes added responsibility for the company's cash, credit and debt management functions as well.
He joined RPM as director of tax in 2004 and was elected vice president of global tax in 2005. In this role, Matthew was responsible for developing the strategic direction of RPM's domestic and international tax function, including management of all areas of worldwide income tax planning and compliance.
Matthew began his career at Ernst & Young LLP's Cleveland office in 1990 and later spent three years as director of global tax for Noveon, Inc. A certified public accountant, he is a magna cum laude graduate of Kent State University.
