Paul R. Darwin was named Vice President – Procurement in July 2024. In this role, Paul executes RPM’s multi-year global procurement strategy. He directs all activities within the corporate procurement function and provides strategic direction to operating company purchasing teams. Through close collaboration with RPM’s operating companies, Paul builds strategic relationships with suppliers and has established improved processes that drive effectiveness and efficiency.

Paul’s tenure with RPM began in 2007 with Tremco Illbruck as a purchasing manager. Then, in 2012, he led the newly formed RPM group purchasing teams in Europe, Asia Pacific and North America followed by roles with increasing responsibility, including Director of Global Procurement and, most recently, Senior Director – Procurement. In these roles, Paul played a crucial role in the success of RPM’s operational improvement programs, including MAP to Growth and MAP 2025.
