We strengthened our vendor approval process for new suppliers in FY25 by adding additional diligence steps. We use a series of assessments and screenings to vet suppliers in various risk areas, including with respect to human rights, governmental associations, product stewardship, sustainability and corporate responsibility.

We engage with suppliers to increase awareness of our Supplier Code of Conduct, and suppliers that meet specific risk criteria are required to confirm intent to comply with the Code. New suppliers are onboarded using a common program executed in cooperation with the center-led Procurement Strategic Sourcing Directors and Legal and Compliance teams.
